The Alabama Conservation District Employees Association is now accepting applications for six $500 scholarships to be awarded to students who are residents of the State of Alabama and planning to enter college the summer or fall of the year 2019.

     One scholarship will be awarded in each of the Association’s six designated Areas.  This scholarship can be used at the college of his/her choice.

     To be eligible, the applicant must be a U.S. Citizen, High School Senior, and living in the State of Alabama.  The applicant should be active in student affairs and/or show leadership abilities, and must show reasonable financial need.

     The deadline to receive your completed application in our District Office is Tuesday, March 5, 2019.

     The applicant must mail or bring the application to the Conecuh County Soil & Water Conservation District, 102 Liberty Street, Room 104, Evergreen, Aalabama no later than 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 5, 2019.
